Our Role

U.S. Bankruptcy Help is not a law firm. We do not provide legal services. We provide useful legal information to our users. We only act as a connection between you and a pre-screened bankruptcy attorneys/lawyers who have signed up to receive leads in your area. While it is rare that we would not forward yor information to an attorney, we are not responsible for forwarding your information and only do so at our own discretion. We are also not responsible for an attorney not responding to you. You fully understand that we do not have any affiliation with the lawyers/attorneys and law firms to whom we forward your information, and we do not guarantee that they will contact you or provide any legal services. We are also not responsible for any errors and omission that an attorney or law firm could make if you were to hire them.

You Agree to Allow Us Send Your Information with Attorney(s) for the Purpose of Consulting Attorneys in Our Network

By submitting your information on our website, you agree that we may forward your information to bankruptcy attorneys in our network for the purposes of consulting said attorneys. You also agree that we and the attorneys in our network, may send you emails and/or text messages regarding your inquiry and our services. We will not in any way use your information for any other purpose.

While we make efforts to keep content accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that all information is correct, complete, or current. You should verify any information with a qualified attorney.

Image Use & Attribution Policy

Limited License. © US Bankruptcy Help. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to copy and display our images (“Images”) solely for editorial, informational, or educational purposes, provided that you comply with the attribution requirements below. All other rights are reserved.

  1. Include a visible caption or credit adjacent to the Image that states: “Image by USBankruptcyHelp.com”; and
  2. include a crawlable hyperlink to the specific page on https://www.usbankruptcyhelp.com where the Image appears (or its canonical URL). Where reasonably feasible, the link should be a standard followed link (i.e., without rel="nofollow" or rel="sponsored"). If your site policy requires nofollow, the credit + link are still required.

Required Attribution (Social Media). If you post an Image on social media, include a clear credit in the post text (e.g., “Image by USBankruptcyHelp.com”) and a link to the specific page on our site where the Image appears (platforms that support links) or a visible reference to USBankruptcyHelp.com (where linking is not supported).

Reporting & Takedowns. To request permission beyond this policy or to report misuse, contact: help@usbankruptcyhelp.com. We respond to DMCA-style notices and will pursue enforcement where appropriate.

Permitted Modifications. You may resize, crop, or compress Images for placement and performance. Substantive edits (e.g., altering data, removing logos/watermarks, or changing meaning) are not permitted without our prior written consent. Do not remove any embedded copyright, IPTC, or metadata.
